EQUIPMENT - ProLift guarantees your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with the equipment you purchased from ProLift after one year's use, we will simply buy it back for the original purchase price less two thirds of our normal rental rate.

PRE-OWNED EQUIPMENT - ProLift guarantees your satisfaction with our pre-owned equipment. If you are not satisfied with the performance of your pre-owned lift, you may exchange it at any time within 30 days of purchase.

PARTS - ProLift guarantees to supply the parts you need. If any equipment purchased from us within the first five years of ownership is inoperative due to availability of normal wear replacement parts, we will provide you with a free loaner after 24 hours from your breakdown call.

SERVICE - ProLift guarantees to respond to your service needs. We will respond to your breakdown call within 4 hours or your first hour of labor is free. ProLift guarantees to repair any make material handling equipment right the first time and within the estimated time, or we will provide you with a free loaner until we complete the repair.

RENTAL - ProLift guarantees to deliver modern equipment in good running order within the promised delivery time or you first day's use is free. In fact, if we do not have the equipment with the specifications you need, we will issue a certificate good for a $50 discount on your next rental.
